1. 一点儿 yìdiǎnr

“一点儿”用在形容词后程度，表示程度轻微。此时，“一”可以省略。例如：

一点儿（yìdiǎnr）is used after an adjective to indicate slight in degree. In this case, “一” can be omitted, e.g.,

[adj. + 一点儿（adj. +yìdiǎnr）]

太贵了，便宜点儿吧！

Tài guì le, piányi diǎnr ba！

It's too expensive. Let's make it cheaper！

明天我要早点儿起床。

Míngtiān wǒ yào zǎo diǎnr qǐchuáng.

I'll get up early tomorrow.

Qǐng kāi kuài yìdiǎnr.

Please drive quickly.

2. 有点儿 yǒudiǎnr

“有点儿”常用在形容词或动词前，也表示程度轻微，多表示评价和不如意的意思。一般表示说话人消极、不满的情绪。例如：

"有点儿 yǒudiǎnr" is often used before an adjective or verb. It also indicates slight in degree. It usually means to evaluate and displease. It generally indicates the speaker's negative and dissatisfaction，e.g.,

[有点儿+adj./ v. （yǒudiǎnr+adj./v.）

这件衣服有点儿小。

Zhè jiànyīfu yǒudiǎnr xiǎo.

This dress is a bit small.

今天有点儿冷。

Jīntiān yǒudiǎnr lěng.

It's a bit cold today.

这个苹果有点儿酸。

Zhè ge píngguǒ yǒudiǎnr suān.

This apple is a bit sour.
